Document processing

AI document processing that turns paperwork into records.

KYN builds AI document processing for Singapore companies. The agent reads invoices, receipts, quotes and statements from email or a photo and fills in the record. A person approves before anything posts.

01 / Built for accounts and operations

The documents arrive by email. Someone still types every line into the system.

Read from where it lands

Supplier bills from your Gmail or Outlook inbox, receipts from a phone photo, statements from your bank. The agent picks each one up as it arrives.

Checked before it posts

Each document becomes a draft record with the original attached. A named person approves it. The ledger changes only after that.

Built to move at the speed of your inbox.

02 / What the agent reads

The paper between a supplier and your ledger.

Accounts payable and operations teams lose hours to keying in invoices, receipts and delivery orders. The agent reads them and fills in the fields. Your team checks the exceptions and approves.

Invoices and bills

Supplier, date, lines, tax and total, matched to the purchase order where one exists.

Receipts and claims

Read from a photo or email, converted at the day's FX rate, filed as a claim.

Quotes and statements

Vendor quotes compared line by line. Bank statements parsed into lines to match.

03 / Fits your setup

Your inbox, your ledger, your approvals.

Works with what you already use

The agent reads from Gmail or Microsoft 365 and writes to Xero or to a ledger we build. BCA and OCBC statements are parsed today.

Every document kept with its record

The original file stays attached to the line it created. Every approval and edit is logged with who did it and when.

Running today on our own books at about S$0.01 per bill read, and for an insurance brokerage in Singapore at about S$0.03 per quote comparison.

04 / Questions

AI document processing, answered.

What does AI document processing do?

It reads invoices, receipts, quotes and bank statements, extracts the fields your system needs and creates a draft record with the original attached. A person approves each record before it posts.

How is AI invoice processing different from OCR?

OCR turns an image into text. The agent also understands which number is the total, which line is tax and which supplier sent it, then matches the invoice to your records.

Can it work with Xero?

Yes. Approved bills and receipts can be written to Xero, or to a ledger we build inside your own system.

Does it read delivery orders and purchase orders?

It reads the documents your team keys in today, such as delivery orders and purchase orders. We confirm the document types during the 14-day review.

How much does it cost to run?

On our live builds, reading a bill costs about S$0.01 and a full quote comparison about S$0.03. The build is quoted per project after the review.
