How long does a build take?

About 14 days from an agreed scope to a live system, once access is granted. Week one is discovery and the target state; week two is the build, the data migration and the handover. Larger stacks take longer, and we say so after the inventory.

Who owns the code and the AI agents?

You do. Everything runs in a cloud account in the company’s name, and rights in the custom code, configurations and deliverables pass to you on full payment. We hold no keys you cannot revoke.
