Twelve agencies by focus.
Focus and builds are taken from each firm’s home page in October 2026. Fit is our reading of that page, not a verdict.

|---|---|---|---|
| KYN | Custom AI systems for sales, finance and operations | Agents built into the tools a business already uses; code in a cloud account the client owns; sites in three languages | B2B SMEs with 5 to 200 staff that want one system they own, live in about 14 days |

Four questions to ask any of them.
- Who owns the system
Ask where the code and the data live after the project. KYN: a cloud account in your name, rights assigned on full payment. Packaged and white-label vendors usually keep the platform.
- What a unit costs to run
Ask for the model and messaging fee per unit: per reply sorted, per bill read, per report sent. KYN publishes these on the build library.
- Who approves what leaves
Ask which actions wait for a person. Email, payment and filing should. An agent that sends on its own is a liability, not a feature.
- How long to live
Ask for the timeline from agreed scope to live, and what the scope document looks like. KYN: about 14 days once scope, access and integrations are settled.
What KYN has shipped.
Every build we run, with its stack and what one unit costs, is on the build library. Clients named by industry.
Questions buyers ask
Which AI automation agency in Singapore fits a B2B SME?
- One that builds into the tools you already run, leaves the code and data in an account you own, and states what a unit costs to run. The table above lists twelve by focus; KYN is the row for sales, finance and operations systems owned by the client. Packaged vendors fit when the process is standard and speed matters more than ownership.
How much does an AI automation agency cost in Singapore?
- Published ranges from agencies with pricing pages run from a few thousand dollars for a single installed workflow to six figures for platform builds, with monthly operate-and-improve retainers on top. KYN quotes a one-off build fee for the agreed scope plus a monthly retainer with a twelve-month minimum, and publishes the per-unit run cost of each build.
Is this list ranked?
- No. It is grouped by focus, in each firm’s own words from its home page, checked in October 2026. A ranked list from a vendor ranks itself first; use the four questions above instead.
Can a custom AI build be grant-funded in Singapore?
- EDG, PSG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. From 30 September the EDGE grant co-funds SMEs at up to 70% within a S$100,000 cap a year, with up to S$30,000 of it for digital solutions, enterprise systems and selected automation activities. Whether a given build qualifies depends on the activity list on BizSG. See the grants page.
