Website redesign in Singapore, with every ranking kept.
A website redesign in Singapore takes about 14 days with KYN. We snapshot every URL, title, heading and schema block before we touch the design, rebuild the site in code on your own GitHub, and compare the new build against the snapshot before it goes live. Pages that change address get a redirect. We watch Search Console for 30 days after the switch.
- Every URL kept
Each live address stays or gets a permanent redirect. Nothing a search engine knows is dropped.
- Checked before launch
Titles, descriptions, headings, schema and internal links compared page by page against the old site.
- Code you own
The new site sits in a repository the company owns. Rights pass to you on full payment.
- 30 days watched
Search Console checked daily after the switch. A page that slips is fixed that week.
What a redesign keeps, and what it changes.
| Part of the site | Kept | Changed |
|---|---|---|
| Addresses (URLs) | Every address that ranks or is linked from elsewhere | Retired pages redirected to the closest live page |
| Titles and descriptions | Wording that already earns clicks | Missing or duplicate ones rewritten, one search phrase per page |
| Body text | Paragraphs that rank | An answer-first opening paragraph added where a page has none |
| Structured data | Any schema already present | Organization, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb added to every page |
| Design | Your brand, logo and colours unless you ask otherwise | Layout, type, spacing and speed on a phone |
| Enquiries | Every form and contact route | Each enquiry posted to your CRM with its source page and time |
How it works.
| Step | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Snapshot | We crawl the live site and record every URL, title, description, heading, schema block and internal link. This is the baseline the new build must match. |
| 02 | Rebuild | The new design is built in code, page by page, on your GitHub. A check fails the build if any page loses its title, its H1 or its schema. |
| 03 | Switch and watch | DNS switched in an afternoon, sitemap resubmitted, Search Console watched for 30 days. The old platform is cancelled only after that. |
Who this is for.
- A site that ranks but looks dated
Traffic you cannot afford to lose, on a design that no longer matches the business.
- A site that is slow on a phone
Heavy themes and plugins that fail Core Web Vitals and cost you positions.
- A site no one can edit
Built by someone who has moved on, on a platform nobody in the company knows.
- A site AI assistants ignore
Competitors are named in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews; your pages are not structured to be quoted.
Questions buyers ask
Will a website redesign hurt my Google rankings?
- Not if every URL is kept or redirected and each page keeps its title, headings and text. We snapshot all of these before the redesign and compare the new build against the snapshot before launch. Rankings usually drop when a redesign changes addresses or removes text without redirects.
How long does a website redesign take in Singapore?
- About 14 days from agreed scope to live for most business sites. Sites with many pages, several languages or an online shop take longer; we give the date with the quote.
How much does a website redesign cost?
- A one-off build fee for the agreed scope and a monthly retainer for monitoring, fixes and changes. Hosting runs S$0 to 30 a month for most business sites, billed by the host. Send us your site and we return a number within two working days.
Can I keep my current design and only fix the SEO?
- Yes. If the site is built on a sound stack, we add the missing schema, headings, answer-first paragraphs and crawler files to what you have. The free check lists what is missing.
