Ten systems KYN agents connect to today. For each: what the agent reads, what it writes, and what waits for a person.
Accounting.
- Xero →
The agent reads the chart, the contacts and the open invoices, drafts the bill or the journal from the source document, and a person posts it. Nothing reaches the ledger on the agent’s decision alone.
- Accurate Online →
The agent reads the chart, the journals and the bank accounts out of Accurate, matches them to parsed bank statements, and keeps one ledger the finance team and the management reports read from. Where the client moves to Xero, the same mapping pushes the history across.
Mail.
- Gmail and Google Workspace →
The agent reads every inbound message, classifies it, drafts the reply and files it. Bills are read into the ledger. Approved outbound goes from your own address under a daily cap. A person sends; the agent never does.
- Microsoft 365 →
Graph can read every mailbox in a tenant by default. KYN narrows it with an Exchange application access policy to the mailboxes you name before any agent reads a line. Staff sign in to the system with Entra ID.
Messaging.
- WhatsApp Business Platform →
The morning report lands in each department’s chat at 06:30. Enquiries are captured with their source and time. Replies to customers are drafted and approved. Every message is logged by category so Meta’s invoice reconciles against the agent’s own count.
CRM.
- Salesforce →
The agent reads the lead, writes the outreach draft against the record, logs the send once a person approves it, and sorts the reply into the right stage. The CRM stays the system of record; the agent keeps it current.
Cloud.
- Amazon Web Services →
The application runs on App Runner, the record on RDS Postgres, documents on S3, builds in ECR, all in an AWS account the client opens and owns. KYN holds an operator role the client can remove.
- Google Cloud →
Cloud Run services that cost nothing when idle, Cloud SQL Postgres for the record, Cloud Scheduler for the nightly agents, Secret Manager for keys, in a project the client owns. The article engine behind this site runs the same way.
Search.
- Google Search Console →
Every query where the site already sits in positions 8 to 50 is a question a buyer typed. The agent turns it into an article brief, watches impressions by page each week, flags a drop and submits new pages for indexing.
Data.
- Postgres (Supabase, RDS, Cloud SQL) →
A customer, an order and a stock item each live once, in Postgres, in the client’s account. Every agent reads and writes through a role scoped to its job. Migrations are versioned and reversible. A person approves any deletion.
Only systems we have connected on a live build are listed. A system not here is usually a week’s work; ask.
