Accurate, read into one ledger.
The agent reads the chart, the journals and the bank accounts out of Accurate, matches them to parsed bank statements, and keeps one ledger the finance team and the management reports read from. Where the client moves to Xero, the same mapping pushes the history across.

Questions buyers ask
Does the agent write back into Accurate?
- Not by default. It reads and mirrors; postings happen in the system the finance team uses, by a person. Write-back can be built where the client wants it, behind the same gate.
Can we move from Accurate to Xero?
- Yes. The chart is mirrored by code, banks as current accounts, and history is pushed as drafts for review. A dry run lists every difference before anything goes live.
How do you handle Indonesian bank statements?
- Parsers for the common formats read each line into the ledger; a scanned PDF is read by the model and flagged for a person to confirm figures. Each statement reconciles to its closing balance before it is used.
Does it handle PPN?
- Yes. Tax lines follow the ledger’s treatment; a document with the wrong tax treatment is held for a person.
