Xero, read by an agent, posted by a person.

The agent reads the chart, the contacts and the open invoices, drafts the bill or the journal from the source document, and a person posts it. Nothing reaches the ledger on the agent’s decision alone.

Questions buyers ask

Can the agent post to Xero without us?

No. It drafts bills, invoices, matches and journals; a person with the approver role posts them. The approval is logged with the person’s name.

Which Xero scopes does KYN need?

The granular scopes for transactions, contacts, journals (read) and settings, granted on a Xero app in your organisation by an adviser-level user. Legacy broad scopes are not used; new Xero apps no longer grant them.

What if our chart of accounts is messy?

The migration build mirrors the chart by code first and lists duplicates and unused accounts for you to merge or close before the agent posts anything. A clean chart is a precondition, not a side effect.

Does this work with Accurate or other accounting systems too?

Yes. The same agents read Accurate exports and bank statements directly; Xero is the ledger of record where the client runs it. See the Accurate page.
