Your mailbox, read and sorted; replies approved.
The agent reads every inbound message, classifies it, drafts the reply and files it. Bills are read into the ledger. Approved outbound goes from your own address under a daily cap. A person sends; the agent never does.

Questions buyers ask
Does the agent send email on its own?
- No. It drafts in the thread; a person sends. Campaign messages go out only after a named approver releases the batch, under a daily cap, from your own address.
Which Gmail scopes are needed?
- gmail.readonly and gmail.modify to read, label and draft; gmail.send for approved outbound. Granted through domain-wide delegation in your Workspace Admin console to a service account you can disable.
Can it read every mailbox in the company?
- Only the mailboxes you name in the delegation. A shared sales or accounts mailbox is the usual scope; personal mailboxes are not read unless their owner asks.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 instead?
- Yes, through Microsoft Graph with the same gates. See the Microsoft 365 page.
