Custom AI automation for Singapore B2B SMEs
Kyn Technology Pte Ltd (UEN 202622080C) is a Singapore-based technical partner that designs and deploys custom AI automation for B2B SMEs in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Engagements typically cover sales, marketing, operations and bespoke workflow engines, integrated into the tools teams already use.
Delivery is scoped toward a path to a live system in about 14 days, and that holds only when requirements, data access and integrations are clear in the statement of work. Complex or multi-system scopes take longer. Upon full payment, custom code and deliverables vest in the client, with KYN retaining pre-existing frameworks and third-party components under their own licences, as set out on /legal.

What custom AI automation means at KYN
Built around your workflows, not a pile of SaaS licences
Systems are designed around your processes: agents, integrations and data layers that reduce repetitive admin, keep pipeline and operations data clean, and draft or route work for human decision-makers. The goal is not to sell more unrelated product seats. If an off-the-shelf tool already fits, we say so. See why we work this way.
Four engine lanes
| Lane | What it typically covers |
|---|---|
| Sales | Enquiry capture, CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, assisted follow-up with approval gates |
| Marketing | Content and acquisition workflows where scoped; multi-channel assets tied to your CRM and data |
| Operations | Backend workflows: approvals, document generation, syncs, reporting, mapped to how your team works |
| Custom | Cross-cutting or unusual processes that do not fit a single lane cleanly |
Choose Custom when the bottleneck spans departments, needs a specific data model, or mixes channels and approvals in a way productised templates do not cover. Deeper sales detail: AI sales automation.
Who this is for
Singapore and SEA B2B SMEs with repetitive admin, enquiry handling, pipeline follow-up or reporting load, especially teams that already have CRM, email or WhatsApp in play but still rely on copy-paste and spreadsheet glue. This page is not positioned for consumer apps, or for buyers seeking anonymous industry rankings.
How engagement works
The full process narrative lives on /solutions. In short:
Discovery call
A focused conversation about daily bottlenecks, business goals, channels and tools. Not a pitch deck. We listen for where automation would save time or help capture revenue. If it would not, we decline the build.
Plan and statement of work
Before build starts you receive a written plan and SOW: deliverables, assumptions, integrations, fees and expected business outcomes in plain English. Success metrics for your project are agreed here. They are not recycled as public site-wide percentages.
Build and handoff
KYN handles the technical build and deploys into your stack. Handover includes documentation so your team understands how the system works. Live means a working system in production, not a prototype deck.
Ongoing optimisation
As described on /pricing and /legal, engagements use a two-part commercial model: a one-off build fee plus Continuous Tech Optimisation with a minimum twelve-month term for monitoring, minor updates and support, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit and invoice terms are set in the SOW.
The 14-day path, and its caveats
What must be true
- Scope is clear and written in the SOW
- Decision-makers are available for timely sign-off
- Required access is granted early: CRM, messaging, hosting, brand assets
- Integrations are known and credentials are obtainable
- Data needed for the first release is available and sufficiently clean
What extends it
Legacy or poorly documented systems, unclear data ownership, multi-market localisation in the first release, formal security reviews, or missing stakeholders. Multi-system replacement also takes longer than integrate-first scopes.
What “live” means
The agreed workflows run in your environment with monitoring in place. A calendar estimate without a dependency list should be treated as marketing, not a commitment.
Ownership, lock-in and Singapore contracting
Client ownership of custom deliverables after full payment
Per /legal: upon full payment of all fees due under a project, intellectual property rights in the custom code, configurations and deliverables created specifically for you vest in you. KYN assigns those rights on receipt of final payment. Prefer this wording over shorthand implying ownership before payment clears.
KYN pre-existing IP and third-party components
KYN retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies and general know-how. Where those are incorporated into your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to use that KYN IP solely as part of the delivered system. Deliverables may include open-source software or third-party APIs under their own licences; material components are disclosed in the SOW or handover documentation.
PDPA-aware handling of business data
KYN processes personal and business data as needed to deliver agreed work, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Rights of access, correction and withdrawal of consent, and DPO contact via hello@kyn.com.sg, are described on /legal. For general organisational obligations, see PDPC materials.
This section is educational, not legal advice. Confirm your compliance posture with your DPO or counsel. Governing law for KYN engagements is Singapore law, as published in the terms.
Singapore and Southeast Asia context
WhatsApp and email-heavy SME workflows
Many regional B2B teams receive enquiries on WhatsApp and email before a CRM record exists. Automation should meet that reality: intake across the channels you actually use, with records landing in a single source of truth, without assuming every lead starts as a tidy web form.
Bilingual and multi-market realities
Regional teams often operate across languages and markets. Scoping should state whether the first release needs bilingual content, multi-entity routing or staggered localisation. We do not attach unverified return statistics to bilingual workflows. Define outcomes in your SOW instead.
Integrate before replacing
Where HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business or similar tools already sit in your stack, the default posture is to integrate rather than replace, unless discovery shows replacement is justified and costed. Named integrations are always SOW-scoped, not blanket guarantees.
What this page will not claim
No market-position or market-share claims
This page makes no claim about KYN’s rank among Singapore automation firms. Evaluate us on process, ownership and fit for your workflow. Use the partner evaluation checklist if it helps.
No anonymous savings figures
We do not publish aggregate hours-saved or cost-cut figures here without named, dated, client-approved evidence. For production examples when they are evidence-ready, see /case-studies. Until a metric is approved for public use, ask in discovery how we would measure success for your engagement. Do not treat homepage or demo widgets as proof.
Frequently asked questions
What does custom AI automation solve that buying more off-the-shelf seats does not?
It helps when your bottleneck is a workflow that spans tools and approvals: enquiry intake, CRM hygiene, follow-up drafting, operations routing. More seats help when the tool already fits. Custom work helps when glue work and exceptions dominate the week.
Under what conditions is a 14-day deployment realistic?
When scope, access, integrations and decision-makers are clear in the statement of work. It is not a blanket guarantee for multi-system migrations, unclear data, or scopes still being discovered mid-build.
Who owns the intellectual property after delivery?
Custom deliverables vest in the client upon full payment, subject to KYN pre-existing IP licensed for use in the delivered system, and third-party and open-source licence terms. Details are on the legal page.
How does pricing work at a high level?
A one-off build fee plus Continuous Tech Optimisation with a twelve-month minimum, as described on the pricing and legal pages. Exact fees are specific to each statement of work.
When will KYN recommend a simpler tool instead?
When a system would not save meaningful time or help capture revenue, or when configuring an off-the-shelf tool meets the need without custom build cost.
