AI sales automation built around your pipeline

Kyn Technology designs custom AI sales automation for B2B SMEs in Singapore and Southeast Asia: systems that help teams capture enquiries, keep CRM data clean, advance pipeline stages, and draft context-aware follow-ups for human approval. Solutions are engineered into tools the team already uses, such as CRM, email and WhatsApp Business workflows where scoped, rather than a pile of extra SaaS licences.

Delivery follows the discovery, plan, build, optimisation process, with a path to live in about 14 days only when scope, access and integrations are clear in the statement of work. Custom deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment, subject to KYN’s pre-existing IP and third-party licence terms on /legal.

What AI sales automation covers

The sales lane on the homepage and /pricing describes capability categories. Here they are described without attaching performance percentages. Exact features for your team are always scoped in the SOW.

Lead capture and enquiry intake

Inbound often arrives as web forms, email and WhatsApp messages. Automation can normalise those enquiries into structured records so nothing sits in a personal inbox. Channels included in the first release are listed in the SOW, not assumed.

Lead qualification and enrichment

Workflows can categorise and prioritise inbound by fit, urgency or missing fields, and enrich records from agreed sources. Edge cases and discounting decisions stay with humans. Qualification rules are documented so your team can change them later.

Pipeline visibility on a single source of truth

A clean CRM data model of stages, owners and next actions, so the team shares one view of the pipeline. The default is to integrate your existing CRM when it is adequate. Replacement is a deliberate, costed choice.

Assisted outreach and reply drafting

AI can draft context-aware replies and follow-ups for your team to review. The default posture is human approval before customer-facing sends. Fully autonomous outbound is not the promise of this page.

Reminders and follow-up sequencing

Sequencing and reminders tied to stage changes reduce follow-up lost in an inbox. Sequences should respect quiet hours, opt-out signals and channel policies, including WhatsApp Business messaging rules where that channel is in scope.

What it is not

Not a promise of autonomous closing

KYN does not claim AI will close deals unsupervised. Pricing, exceptions, relationship judgement and send approval remain human responsibilities unless a future SOW explicitly narrows that boundary, and even then compliance review is required.

Not set-and-forget spam

Blast outreach without consent, relevance or approval gates damages brand and may breach platform policies. Sales automation here means assisted, scoped workflows.

Not a substitute for product-market fit

Automation amplifies an existing offer and process. It does not invent demand or fix an unclear ideal customer profile. Discovery will say no to builds that only add noise.

Fit for Singapore and SEA B2B SMEs

A WhatsApp and email enquiry mix

Regional B2B teams often live in WhatsApp and email. Sales automation should meet that mix: capture, CRM write-back and assisted replies on the channels you use, with business messaging policies respected.

Small teams without a full sales bench

When the same people sell and deliver, repetitive capture and follow-up drafting consume closing time. Automation is aimed at that load. It is not aimed at claiming a fixed saving against hiring, which would need an evidence pack we do not have. For project-specific economics, talk to us in discovery.

An underused CRM

Many teams already pay for HubSpot, Salesforce or similar and barely use them. The usual path is to pipe enquiries in, enforce stages and assist replies, rather than forcing a new CRM unless discovery shows replacement is justified. Integration patterns follow vendor documentation for the CRM named in your SOW.

Engagement and delivery

Discovery

Expect questions on enquiry volume and mix, channels, CRM of record, ideal customer profile, approval rules, and any industry or messaging constraints. Process overview: /solutions.

Architecture

Before build: the data model, which agents act where, and where humans must approve. Approval gates for outbound messaging are the recommended default.

Timeline caveats

A path to live in about 14 days requires clear SOW scope, early access and available decision-makers. Extenders include multi-CRM migrations, messy historical data, new WhatsApp Business setup delays, security reviews and bilingual first-release requirements. Live means production workflows in your stack.

Handoff and optimisation

Handover includes documentation and monitoring. The commercial model is a one-off build fee plus Continuous Tech Optimisation with a minimum twelve-month term, as on /pricing and /legal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership, data and sales compliance

Client IP after full payment

Upon full payment, IP in custom code, configurations and deliverables created for you vests in you. KYN retains pre-existing frameworks, licensed for use in the delivered system. Third-party and open-source components remain under their licences. Full wording: /legal.

PDPA and customer-contact data

Sales automation processes personal data: names, contact details, message content. Access should be least-privilege. Retention and your PDPA rights are described on /legal. General education: PDPC.

Human approval gates for outbound messaging

The default design is that humans approve customer-facing sends. If a SOW ever narrows that, residual risk and platform policy constraints are documented explicitly.

Measuring success without published percentages

The homepage, pricing mocks and some case-study cards currently show sales performance numbers. Those figures are not reused on this page until approved evidence packs exist.

In your SOW, success can be defined against baselines you provide: time to first response, the share of enquiries logged in CRM within a set window, or follow-up adherence. Publishable proof belongs on consented case studies only. Until then, talk to us about measurement design, and do not treat demo dashboards as client results. Index when ready: /case-studies.

Frequently asked questions

Which sales workflows does KYN typically automate first?

Usually intake and CRM capture, stage hygiene, assisted reply drafting with approval, and reminder and follow-up sequences tied to stages, scoped to your channels and CRM.

Where must humans stay in the loop?

Send approval for customer-facing messages, pricing and discount exceptions, and edge-case qualification. Strategy and relationship ownership stay with your team.

How does this relate to an existing CRM?

The default is to integrate into the CRM of record. Replacement only when discovery shows the current CRM cannot support the required model and the migration cost is accepted in the statement of work.

What inputs does discovery need?

Enquiry volumes and channels, the CRM in use, your ideal customer profile, the current follow-up process, compliance constraints, and who owns approvals.

What changes the timeline beyond about 14 days?

Unclear scope, delayed access, data clean-up, multi-system migration, security review, or localisation in the first release.

When will KYN recommend a simpler off-the-shelf tool instead?

When configuring an existing tool meets the need, or when a custom build would not save meaningful time or help capture revenue.
