AI social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Most SMEs have more to post than they think: finished projects, new stock, a published article, an event. What they lack is the hour it takes to turn each one into a caption, a carousel and a Reel script. A marketing agent drafts those posts from material the business already has, shows them as they will look on a phone, and waits for approval. Kyn Technology builds this for SMEs in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
A focused first release reaches production in about 14 days once scope and access are settled. Rights in the custom work are assigned to the client on full payment, as set out on /legal.

What the agent does
Starts from real material
Inputs are things the business has done: a completed project with photos, a product arrival, a published article, an event. The agent does not invent news. No input, no post.
Drafts per platform
One input becomes several drafts, each written for its platform: an Instagram caption and carousel, a Reel or TikTok script with shot list, a Story sequence, a LinkedIn post for buyers and partners. Length, hashtags and tone differ by platform.
Shows phone previews
Each draft is shown as it will appear on a phone: feed post, Reel and Story. Cropping problems and captions cut off after two lines are visible before anything goes out.
Keeps a content calendar
Approved drafts go into a calendar with a date and platform, so gaps in the week are visible before they happen.
A build in production
For a materials and stone supplier, KYN built a marketing agent that drafts Instagram and TikTok posts from finished projects. The project record already holds the photos, the material used and the type of site, so the draft starts from facts. The team reviews each post in feed, Reel and Story previews and approves or edits it. The same CRM tracks which events and posts started conversations.
KYN’s own content engine works the other way round: it publishes long articles first, and each article becomes the input for shorter posts. See GEO and AI search for that engine, and the guide turn one article into a week of posts for the method.
One tone of voice
Every writing agent reads one shared tone-of-voice file: words the business uses, words it never uses, how formal to be, how to refer to customers, which claims are off limits. KYN runs this pattern at an insurance brokerage, where every agent that drafts text reads the same file. Change the file once and every agent follows.
How a build runs
- Inputs agreed: which records feed drafts, such as project entries, product arrivals or published articles.
- Tone-of-voice file written with the business, with banned words and off-limits claims.
- Platforms and formats chosen, with a target number of posts per week.
- Ten sample drafts reviewed by the team before go-live; the tone file is corrected from the edits.
- Live: drafts appear in the approval queue with previews; approved posts enter the calendar.
- Monthly review of which posts started conversations, so the next month favours what works.

Where people stay in the loop
- Every post is approved by a person before it is posted or scheduled.
- Claims about prices, results and comparisons are checked by a person.
- Photos showing customers, staff or a customer’s site are used only with permission.
- Replies to comments and direct messages stay with the team, or route to the shared inbox.
Comments and messages that posts generate can feed the WhatsApp and Instagram inbox, so a post that starts a conversation is tracked to a lead.
What it is not
Not autopilot posting
Nothing posts without approval. Automatic posting of unreviewed AI text is a brand risk the service does not take.
Not stock content
Generic tips and quote cards are not drafted. Posts come from the business’s own work, which is what followers and buyers respond to.
Not paid ads management
The service covers organic content. Ad buying, targeting and budgets are outside it.
Not brand design
Templates follow the brand guide the business provides. Logo, identity and campaign concepts stay with designers.
Data protection and permissions
A photo of an identifiable person is personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. Builds record whether permission exists for each photo and customer project before it can be used in a draft. Posting connects through each platform’s official business tools or APIs where they allow it; otherwise the team posts the approved draft. Fees are on /pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Can AI write our social media posts?
It can draft them from your own material: projects, products, articles, events. A person approves every post. The value is the hour saved per post, not handing the brand to a model.
Which platforms are covered?
Instagram (feed, carousel, Reel and Story), TikTok scripts, and LinkedIn posts. Each draft is written for its platform, not one caption pasted everywhere.
Does it post automatically?
Only after approval. Approved posts are scheduled through the platform’s official tools where they allow it, or posted by the team.
Will posts sound like AI?
Every agent reads one shared tone-of-voice file set by the business, and drafts start from real project facts. Editors still change wording; the agent learns nothing on its own, so the file is updated when the voice changes.
Can we show customer projects?
Only with the customer’s permission. The system records permission per project and per photo, and blocks drafts that use material without it.
How long does it take and who owns it?
About 14 days for a focused first release once scope and access are settled. Rights in the custom work are assigned to the client on full payment.
