Custom build or an in-house hire.

A hire gives you one person’s hours and one person’s skills, from the day they start, for as long as they stay. A build and retainer gives you a finished system in about 14 days and a team that already runs twenty others. Most SMEs need the second before they can use the first.

Side by side.

Terms as published in October 2026. No prices: every KYN build is quoted on scope, and platform plans change.

Questions buyers ask

Can we hire someone later to take over a KYN build?

Yes, and that is the normal path for a growing company. The code, the runbooks and the logs are in your account; the retainer can end at the twelve-month mark or continue alongside the hire.

Does KYN replace a technical team?

For an SME without one, it supplies the first working systems and the operations around them. For a company with a team, it builds the systems the team has not had time for and hands them over.

Who owns the code if we build with KYN?

You, on full payment of the build fee. KYN keeps its pre-existing tools and libraries, licensed to you perpetually as part of the system.

How do we know the quality of what was built?

Every build ships with tests, a runbook and a log you can read without us. A third-party review of the code is welcome at any time; the repository is yours.
