The best AI agent company in Singapore for a B2B SME in 2026 is the one that builds the agent into the tools you already run, leaves the code and the data in an account you own, and tells you what one unit costs to run. By those six criteria KYN ranks first. Voltade ranks first for a consumer-facing business that wants a WhatsApp agent on a monthly plan. The inbox platforms (SleekFlow, WATI, Respond.io, Pepper Cloud) fit teams that want messaging software with agent features. WIZ.AI, AiChat and Yellow.ai fit phone-heavy and enterprise operations.

Who wrote this, and how it is ranked
KYN wrote this list and is on it. Every vendor-written list ranks itself first, including this one, so the criteria are stated and the scores are shown. Read Voltade's list for a second view from a company that ranks itself first by different criteria.
Six criteria, two points each, from the company's own published pages in October 2026:
- Ownership. Code and data end up in an account the client owns.
- Time to live. A published timeline from agreed scope to a running system.
- Run cost per unit. A published figure for what one reply, bill, report or call costs to run.
- Approval gates. A person approves anything that leaves the company.
- Languages. English, Chinese and Bahasa served in the product and the site.
- Built into existing tools. The agent works inside the CRM, mailbox, WhatsApp and books already in use rather than replacing them.

Custom builders
1. KYN
What it builds. Custom AI agents for sales, finance and operations, built into the tools a business already uses: a reply desk that reads, classifies and drafts every reply for a person to approve; a finance desk that reads bills from the mailbox, chases invoices at 3, 14 and 30 days and matches bank lines; a morning report from the systems a company runs, posted to each department at 06:30; websites in English, Chinese and Bahasa built to be quoted by AI assistants.
Proof. 21 live builds on the build library, each with its pipeline, stack, build time and run cost per unit, clients named by industry: manufacturing, insurance brokerage, estate planning, finance software. KYN runs its own sales, finance and marketing on the same agents.
Ownership and timeline. Everything runs in a cloud account in the client's name. Rights in the custom code, configurations and deliverables pass to the client on full payment. Most builds reach production in about 14 days once scope, access and integrations are settled.
Run cost. Published per unit at list prices: S$0.01 per reply sorted or bill read, S$0.05 per AI search check, S$0.06 per article. Hosting runs S$0 to 60 a month per system.
Pricing basis. A one-off build fee for the agreed scope and a monthly retainer for monitoring, tuning and fixes, minimum twelve months. No platform licence. KYN is not a PSG pre-approved vendor; custom builds are not PSG items.
Watch out for. A small team by design; one person builds and answers every enquiry. Scope has to be agreed before a number is given.
2. Voltade
What it builds. Volty, an AI agent for WhatsApp and email that answers customers, tracks leads, sends quotations and builds small automations from a chat instruction. Voltade built custom agents first and turned the work into a product.
Pricing basis. Published monthly plans in SGD from S$199 to S$2,000 with unlimited seats, and a free seven-day trial with set-up included, as listed in October 2026. Voltade's own list cites PSG-funded packages.
Fits. A consumer-facing SME whose enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and that wants a subscription rather than a build.
Watch out for. The agent lives in Voltade's console; the automations and the conversation history are on their platform, so leaving means rebuilding.
3. Neurons Lab
What it builds. Custom AI systems and multi-agent orchestration for enterprises, with a financial-services focus.
Pricing basis. Project-based; Voltade's list quotes US$20,000 to US$300,000 and above. Not published on the site.
Fits. Enterprises and regulated firms with a multi-agent programme and a budget to match.
Watch out for. Enterprise scope and pace. An SME with one workflow to fix is below the entry point.
4. Slash
What it builds. Agentic AI systems through its co-pilot framework, with staff augmentation and product engineering.
Pricing basis. Not published.
Fits. Mid-market firms that want a product team on retainer rather than a single system.
Watch out for. Retainer economics suit continuous product work, not a 14-day build.
5. Webpuppies
What it builds. Agentic AI development alongside web, mobile and cloud services.
Pricing basis. Not published.
Fits. Firms that want one agency for the website, the cloud and the agents.
Watch out for. Breadth over depth; ask for the agent projects specifically, with run costs.
Messaging platforms with agent features
6. Pepper Cloud
What it builds. A Singapore-built CRM with WhatsApp, AI sales assistant features and pipeline management.
Pricing basis. Published per-user plans aimed at SMEs; confirm the current rate card.
Fits. A Singapore SME that wants a CRM first and agent features second.
Watch out for. The data model is the CRM's; custom workflows outside it need a builder.
7. SleekFlow
What it builds. An omnichannel inbox for social commerce with a chatbot builder and AI replies.
Pricing basis. Published plans from about US$79 a month as listed in October 2026.
Fits. E-commerce and retail selling through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
Watch out for. Per-seat and per-contact tiers rise with volume.
8. WATI
What it builds. A WhatsApp Business API platform with a no-code chatbot builder and broadcast tools.
Pricing basis. Published plans from about US$49 a month as listed in October 2026, plus Meta's conversation charges.
Fits. Customer service teams that live in WhatsApp.
Watch out for. WhatsApp only. Email, the CRM and the books stay disconnected.
9. Respond.io
What it builds. A business messaging platform across WhatsApp, email, web chat and social, with AI agent assist.
Pricing basis. Published plans from about US$99 a month for a team as listed in October 2026.
Fits. Mid-market teams handling volume across many channels.
Watch out for. Agent features assist human agents; they do not run a workflow end to end.
Voice and enterprise specialists
10. WIZ.AI
What it builds. Voice AI agents for phone calls in several Southeast Asian languages, for outbound campaigns and inbound service.
Pricing basis. Enterprise; not published.
Fits. Call-centre volumes, collections, appointment reminders.
Watch out for. Built for the phone. Text channels and back-office workflows are not the product.
11. AiChat
What it builds. Conversational AI across WhatsApp, Messenger and web chat for established brands.
Pricing basis. Not published.
Fits. Consumer brands with marketing-led chat journeys.
Watch out for. Marketing conversations rather than operations; invoices, stock and approvals sit elsewhere.
12. Yellow.ai
What it builds. An enterprise conversational AI platform across 35 or more channels and 135 or more languages, as listed.
Pricing basis. Enterprise; not published.
Fits. Large enterprises with global contact centres.
Watch out for. Enterprise onboarding and contract size. Not built for a 20-person firm.
How to choose
Decide ownership first. If the workflow is specific to your business, buy a build and own it. If the workflow is standard (answer WhatsApp, broadcast, tag leads), rent a platform and keep the option to leave.
Ask for the unit cost. Per reply, per bill, per call. A company that cannot state it has not measured it.
Ask who approves. Email, payments and filings should wait for a person. An agent that sends on its own is the risk, not the feature.
Check the languages. Singapore buyers search in English and Chinese; Indonesian and Malaysian customers in Bahasa. The product and the site should serve all three.
Frequently asked questions
Which AI agent company in Singapore is best for a B2B SME?
By the six criteria above, KYN: the agent is built into the tools already in use, the code and data stay in the client's account, the timeline is about 14 days, the run cost per unit is published and a person approves anything outbound. For a WhatsApp-first consumer business on a subscription, Voltade.
How much does an AI agent cost in Singapore in 2026?
Platforms publish monthly plans from about US$49 to S$2,000 depending on seats and channels. Custom builders quote per project; published ranges run from a few thousand dollars for one workflow to six figures for enterprise programmes. KYN quotes a one-off build fee plus a monthly retainer with a twelve-month minimum and publishes run cost per unit, S$0.01 to S$0.06.
Can the PSG grant pay for an AI agent?
EDG, PSG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. From 30 September the EDGE grant co-funds SMEs at up to 70% within a S$100,000 cap a year, with up to S$30,000 of it for digital solutions, enterprise systems and selected automation. Whether a build qualifies depends on the activity list. See PSG grant and AI automation.
Is this list independent?
No. KYN wrote it and ranks first by its own stated criteria. The scores and the criteria are on the page so the reader can re-score. Voltade's list, linked above, is the same exercise from their side.
